Useful Information
We will buy (or take in part exchange) your vintage watch from you at a very fair and competative price for one of ours, even if yours is no longer working. Please call us in London on 020 7923 7687 for a quote or send us an e-mail with your telephone number and we will call you. We will consider any vintage watch and offer very good prices for watches even if they are not already featured on our site or not working.
If you see a watch that you like in our "Previously Sold" section or are after a particular watch, we may be able to source another the same or similar for you.
All our watches are serviced, where necessary, by our very experienced watchmaker before they are offered for sale. All missing or broken parts are replaced with original parts only, where possible. Our watchmaker was Senior Watchmaker with Garrard's, the Queen's Jewellers and one of London's most prestigious stores, from 1949 until his retirement in 1994 and so has over 60 years experience in watch repair!
We believe that our watches are the best examples of their particular models and are in absolutely superb condition even better than our photographs can show when you get them in your hand. All our watches are guaranteed to be in perfect working order with all functions working excellently and all our watches are ready to wear.
We offer a six month mechanical warranty from delivery on all the watches that we sell (see Warranty and Guarantee section).
Crucially, we also offer you an on-going after-sales service for any mechanical problems that you may encounter with your watch after the expiry of this warranty period, so you never need to worry.
Please treat your vintage watch with care and respect, they are highly engineered pieces and are not guaranteed water-proof or shock-proof (even if they once were) and are not to be worn, for example, in the shower or pool or whilst playing sports.
Please allow three full winds and run-downs for your watch to settle after travel.
All dials are original factory finish unless expressly stated as "refurbished".
All watch diameter measurements are including the winding crown.
